‘Rianta’ is an Irish word for tracks, trails and paths, and was particularly relevant for the recent GUAC art event in Ennis. Ground Up Artists Collective exhibited work in various locations throughout the town. All the work was influenced by heritage and local narrative as part of National Heritage Week 2011. A brochure with a map were distributed with information on the art works and venues.
The event was curated by Marie Connole and supported by Clare County Arts Office.
